Inho Choi considers amphibians to be more on demand as the time goes by: the car will play not only the transportation role but help a person to widen the personal field. The title combines two words: ‘floating’ and ‘automobile’. It is supplied with four electric power-wheels, but mainly it features a multifunctional roof. While driving it performs its main function i.e. shadows the people inside, and also can act as a boot for a serfing board. In a parking lot the roof is folded into a chaise longue or a chair. It also bears sun batteries. The bumper slides out becoming a hand-rail.  The design in general is evoked by sail boats and having-fun-on-water vehicles.
