The project gives an interpretation about how a future supercar could be also ‘’minima’’. It is based on a bionic approach, starting from the observation of the human body as a perfect machine. Its takes in consideration the human body as a structure able to perfectly react to stimuli, thanks high functionalities given by muscles, bones or ligaments.
The aim of the project is to understand if it is possible transfer these functionalities and qualities into a super car.
The project considers the possibility of an adaptable and dynamic interior. The aim is to make the driver feel, through the movement of all interior elements, the power of engine, the conditions of the road, the speed.

Taking in consideration the request of the original project, this project is about the re-interpretation the idea of minimum in a supercar.
Starting the design from the interior to the exterior in an organic way, with a bionic approach, analyzing the human body as a perfect machine.3. Objectives
-Find the essence of the sport driving in a supercar.
-Design a dynamic interior able to understand the exterior situations translating it to the interior of the car.
-New communication between the car and the driver.
-Lightweight of the car.
-Create new driving experiences.4. Comtext of Use
The car is projected for 2025 in a specific context where is focus the main theme of the car, the sport driving.
First, I have to clarify that the soul of a sport driving is based on the feelings of driving that you can get when you use the car in a condition where the car shows all its performances capabilities.
That’s why I choose as a context this specific situation of a sinuous and curvy secondary roads in mountains where you can squeeze and feel the power of the car.
For this reason we can understand that it is a secondary car, where the user can use to enjoy the pleasure of driving.
Analyzing in a deep way the characteristics of the user, we are in front of a car collector which really has a car passion and really wants to have a special cars edition as this one.
To be able to buy this kind of cars, this user is located in a high class level of the sociality.
And as a user needs we have to highlight the pleasure and lightness of driving. This user wants to get new driving experiences, that’s why the involved and adaptable interior, and also the presence of driving.5. Interior Design Description
In the interior we can appreciate how is designed by small plates made in Electroactive Polymers, which are connected with electric wires. This material works with an electric shock that goes through wires, allowing the change of shape of the material and changing its positions, creating the mimic with the flexibility and adaptability functionalities of muscles. The idea to use this material that allow a change of shape is that these plates are connected with sensors through of them, the car can understand if it is accelerating, braking or taking a curve, moving these plates depending on the driving conditions, generating an interior which understand the exterior conditions, creating a new driving experience for the driver, the dynamic interior.
To cover these plates and to get more comfortable position for the driver, the seat is made with a layer of TechnoGel, located over these plates and is lock into the interior structure, which is the other important element of the interior. It has the function to protect the interior. This structure is made in brush aluminum and it is importing from the bones analysis the function of the interior protection, with a main pillar located in the middle of the car, which make the mimic between the central column of the human body.
But also, import other functionalities of bones as the lightness, taking the minimal material as its possible and getting the maximum strength. The steering wheel of the car is other important point of the interior because on it we have all the commands of the car, including the accelerator and brakes, giving in that way also a big opportunity for disable people drive the car with any modifications. The rest of the commands are also integrated in the steering wheel as the change of the car, which is a cam change with a double clutch.
Finishing with the interior, it has a projector screen into the windscreen where the driver can read all the parameters of the car. In that way, it is not necessary to design a dashboard, creating a more lightness global image in the interior. 6. Exterior Design Description
The exterior has to represent what happened in the interior, so that’s why the main appearance of the car is like a nude body similar to the concept of motorbikes.
The main body part of the car is designed keeping the organic, fluid and dynamics lines of the interior. It is made by polycarbonate and depending if the user wants more or less privacy into the car this part has two configurations: the first one is complete opaque and the second one is semitransparent, so from the exterior you can see part of the interior.
Other important point of the car are the ‘’tubes’’ composed the sides and the rear part, which is a really direct mimic of the human body muscles. The function of the ‘muscles’ located in the back of the car are related to make the car 2.5cm wider per each wheel, getting an improvement in the performance capabilities. And the ‘muscles’ located in the side of the car have the function to create an air intake. That’s mean when the car is going slow and does not need a big quantity of air, these two ‘muscles’ are closing, but when the car is in a sport driving condition and the engine needs more air, these two ‘muscles’ can open generating between each other an air intake.
The headlamps of the car are a wink for the interior plates (located in the seats), keeping the same shape and mimic as an elongation of them. 7. Technical Analisy
The architecture of the car is located in the segment S, impulse with a V6 turbo engine, which generate 550hp with 540Nm of torque. The car is rear wheel drive and it has a weight of 750kg, allowing a mark in the 0-100km/h of 3seg.
