We want to show you three more projects from Braunschweig University of Art: one of them was created by a student during the forth year, while the other two are diploma projects.
Rama Exploration, Sebastian Aumer’s projectRama Exploration is the project which was created by Sebastian Aumer during the forth semester. It is a pedal car with two seats for tourists and local people in Seville. The design was inspired by the biggest wood construction in the world Metropol Parasol which is located in the market in the center of Seville. The pedal car is absolutely symmetrical, two people are seated opposite each other, each of them has his own pedals: so it is possible to go in any direction. Volkswagen Fold, Andreas Hermann’s projectVolkswagen Fold is the diploma project by Andreas Hermann. His idea was to create a foldable single-seated vehicle for short trips around the city. The vehicle is folded just as the origami figure and transforms into a flat suitcase.
Alpine Utility Vehicle, Hans N. Steen’s projectThe idea of this project is to create a functional yet radical vehicle for rent in ski resorts. AUV stands for Alpine Utility Vehicle. Electrical motor-wheels keep the mountain air clean; all forms and functions of the vehicle are minimized to make it simple but durable. It is possible to drive this car wearing mountain boots and gloves.
