Prius’s younger sibling is still being worked out: a year ago Toyota came to Detroit with the FT-CH concept, this year – with the Prius c Concept.

In fact, the Prius c differs from its older variant only in nuances. Firstly, it is the new colour, some other details have changed their forms – like e.g. bumpers: the front one got another LED bar cuts and additional cut in the centre under the badge, the rear one got another shape of cuts and inset with the same colour as the body has.

The interior, apart from colours, doesn’t differ from the FT-CH’s one at all. The concept is supposed to be launched by 2012, and its appearance most likely will have serious changes. The Prius c Concept is being positioned as a youth city car with bolder design than the current Prius has.
