The Japanese will bring to Geneva the new saloon and estate Honda Accord for the European market.
What’s new in the appearance? Actually, there are only minimal differences and to distinguish the restyled model from its elder sibling is only possible by looking at the front bumpers - now the Accord has a different shape of the air inlet grille and fog light decoration. The front and rear lights are slightly changed too, plus they have received chrome trim on the radiator grille and on the boot lid between the lights.
The cabin has been changed even less – only in colour theme and materials. The interior panels now can be dark-silver, and detailing (the door handles and hand brake) – a brighter silver.
The thing in the car that has received the most upgrading is the Japanese 2.2-litres diesel i-DTEC – it became more economical. The power is still 150 horses and the torque is 350 Nm.
The sales will begin from the June.
