Infinity is going to launch a rather compact model – one step lower than the current G series. The Etherea Concept, made by the Japanese brand for the Geneva Motor Show, facilitates to imagine how it can look like.

The Etherea is aimed at young people first of all. Starting from this, the designers headed by Shiro Nakamura endeavoured to not make a smaller copy of the conservative, traditional model, but something really new. The car is only 4.4 metres long and it combines features of coupe, hatchback and crossover. The compartment is decorated with hi-end materials imitating the traditional Japanese home decoration.

It is hard to say now how close to the concept the compact Infinity will be, but the customers are promised to see the unusual C-pillar on the production models in the near future.
