Another design event is rising in New Europe. 24h of elegance celebrates traditional craftsmanship and design in luxury segment. Opening event took place in White Court, ex residence of Yugoslavian Royal family and whole event was organised under patronage of Petar Karadjordjevic, Hereditary Prince of Yugoslavia.

2012 edition was devoted to Italian craftsmanship and visitors could enjoy various bespoke products made in Italy. Classic car Concours d’Elegance included Ferrari 250 GT Testa Rossa Fantuzzi (1959), Austin Healey 100 BN1 Berlinetta De Mola (1954) and Maserati A6 1500 Berlinetta Pinin Farina (1949).

Conference and exhibition on luxury showcased neapolitan suit making tradition through wonderful movie O’mast by Gianluca Migliarotti. Suits Rubinacciwere shown at masters of style exhibition, an extravagant display of selected historic suits of the famous style house of Rubinacci, Naples. Bocache Salvucci represented amazing shoemakers from Rome, a true Italian craftsman, while Gianni Cerrutti, creator of the unique Passaggio Cravatte spoke on concept of bespoke tailored ties, one-off pieces cravats.

Serbian designers in luxury segment were represented by Sacha Lakic, the designer of Venturi EV’s and Voxan motorcycles who came by invitation from Auto®, the largest automotive design conference in Europe.

There was also exhibition of automotive design projects done by students of University of Arts in Belgrade under Professor Marko Lukovic mentorship.
