The project story is quite simple: the American military authorities have decided to compare results of work by some famous defence companies and the ‘collective intelligence’. With Local Motors they asked people to create a high-speed vehicle for combat delivery and evacuation.

The contest was won by Victor Garcia, a graduate of the Art Center College of Design, California, who received 7500$, and Local Motors started to embody it.

The building of the model took only 14 weeks (as usually, Local Motors showed the whole process on their site), the car is capable of carrying four persons including the driver, under the hood there is a high-powered engine from the Chevrolet Corvette.
